This knife, Aldan, is the tribute to the wild side of long gone gold smugglers and hunters, always ready, reliable to the last nib. Knives, made out of 9XC steel are all hand forged from single bar. After forging, the knife is cut to the pattern. After that the blade is going through multiple tempering cycles, carefully forged into the hair thin edge. All done by crafted blacksmith, no cutting and grinding. Each knife is set to razor quality edge, becoming superior cutting instrument with some ancient finish. Forging the knives out of 9XC is rigorous and lengthy process, each knife is a unique hand made very original tool that we hope you enjoy for a long-long time.
