Working Horse 1 and 2 are skinners, that capable of a lot of different tasks.  WH1 has more pointy tip of the blade, WH2 has more of a curve - depending on your preference.  Both knives have hollow grind, sharp and very much cutting oriented blade.

Birch bark handle is the best if you work with bodily liquids, including blood, also sweat, etc. - Birch bark will prevent rotation, will give you more gripping and will not slip away.
